Very Realistic low-poly textured high rise office building or commercial type of building and could even be used as a high rise apartment, bank or shopping style building.

This model is fully textured, has a low poly count, and available in many formats. All textures are very easy to change and update as needed. STL checked and showed Status: No Errors.

Suitable for games and Sims. Detailed enough for close-up renders. Originally modeled in 3ds max 9. Final images rendered with VRay.

Material, Lighting and Rendering setup with VRay.Module–Adv.1.5 RC3. Also included model for Scanline Rendering 3ds max 9.

All textures are included into LPB016_tex.zip folder.
