The EMD SD45 is a railroad classic, almost all major railways in US had it and some engines are still operating. This model is a highly accurate depiction of NW SD45 locomotive number 1770 one of Norfolk and Western's 115 SD45s. This may well be the most detailed SD45 available on the net. The model is accurate to nuts and bolts and has been built with great precision, a lot of time has been spent ensuring this skin is prototypical and that this engine has Norfolk and Western's exclusive features like cab positioned horns, correctly positioned headlights, class lights, high short hood, dual control stands, nose mounted bell. The model is fully UVW unwrapped and the zip file contains a weathered set of textures as well as a clean looking set of textures and a re-skin kit. The model has 9 textures, 7 of those are custom: 20482048 long hood skin 10241024 frame skin 1024512 truck skin 2048512 cab skin 512512 diamond plate 512512 diamond plate bump map 256*256 intake and radiator grill opacity map 2 standard max reflection maps all textures are in JPEG format The model uses only standard max materials. The scene was rendered with V-ray GI, lighting, cameras, street scene not included.
