Do you guys want this available? If there is enough interest I will put up the 3d file for free 24 hours. The idea is to ba able to use it to create "Engineering-like" images with a technical feel to them. The 3d file will be in Autodesk's 3Dstudio Max format. Regards and a beatiful weekend

After much consideration, this was done in the capable freeware package: Blender 6.23. The aim is to allow

access to my work to a wider end user, be it student or professional.

The scene depicts additional elements which could add life to a coffee station / take away area. This image also shows what cloud be done from a graphic point, with this scene.

Hi all, as you may or may not have seen, a few post have crept up on THE3DSTUDIO.com under Hknoblauch.

My name is actually Hubert Knoblauch (its German).

Me and my wife live in Durbanville, a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. We are both in the creative industries. I work in the product design environment while she works in wardrobe in the film industry.

We Are both 31 years of age, looking forward to our first child (in about 8 months time!!!).

I enjoy anything 3d and often a day out turns into a texture shoot ;-) Many of you know that scenario.

Here is a shot i took at a recent airshow....

Hi everyone. A quick hallo from South Africa.

Please check out my latest product; a collection of modular elements fit for a WIDE VARIETY (!) of scenarios ranging from a basic overwatch point to construction site elements or industrial warehouse elements.

The product includes 3 different materials shoud you want to utilise them. UVW unwrapping has been done cleverly; all the objects reads off a single 2048x2048 JPEG image, should you want to only utilise a single material.

The Pine wood structure is clad with chip-board sides as well as chip board flooring.

Use this product in the game industry or as archetectural elements or anything esle imaginable!

Often we dont even notice these however, when they are missing, you immediately feel that there is something not quite "real" about the envirnonment. Hi guys and girls, check out the signage created with the specific goal of NOT being language

specific. This could easily be used in a multitude of scenes from construction to shopping malls,

roadblocks and the like. These are all base on photos take in my wonderfull mother city; Cape Town

Here is a picture of one of the ! signs. Translating from Afrikaans, the wording reads "POTHOLES".

This is a scud missile launcher i have created. All work was done in 3d Studio Max and rendered in Mental ray with a skylight. The damaged car is a 97 Toyota Tazz (popular here in South Africa). The fire and smoke is a alpha map

The wheels are models and not Normal Mapped. Also, the model consists of multiple parts and multiple maps. The steering mechanism is rigged with a LOOK-AT-CONTROLLER.
