When I'm not making 3D assets I like to render animations on occasion. This animation is an update of one I did a couple of years ago.

The entire thing is rendered in stereo 1080p [HD] and has many more scenes than the original. There is also lots of depth of field rendering going on to help give the 3D an extra POP that makes it worth watching. Hope you enjoy.

Experiments with GOLD using particles+displacement+Depth of Field+Snapshot+Reflection Maps. There is a 2D version that can be viewed by everyone and an Anaglyph 3D version that you need those lovely Red vs. Cyan glasses for.

I have yet to use this blog for self promotion, so I thought I'd give it a shot :). I took one of my assets and rendered out an animation in stereo 3d. So, it had to be rendered from two camera angles (left eye, right eye) and then merged together. You'll need those fancy 3d glasses to view it correctly, so go buy a pair! :)
