Brand new house collection + a pack of 4 collection with 30% discount

Hello everyone,

just wanted to let you know that I have finished my latest collection of 12 European style houses

This time around I made sure to split the mesh info different elements (between 16 and 19) by textures and materials, i.e. (for house nr1):

H01_Paint_01
H01_Paint_02
H01_Glass
H01_Windows
H01_Door
H01_Metal_01
H01_Metal_02
H02_Plastic
etc...

So it is much easier to add material and textures to the houses (unlike my previous models where each house is one mesh and you have to select the polygons individually (or by element) to apply different materials). You will only have to add UV coordinates and apply material/texture to the selected element - that is why I call the new house models "ready for texturing".

I have also decided to create a pack of 4 collection with a 30% discount.

Will be waiting for your comments, suggestion and critique.

Thanks,
Pumper

Hi Pumper,
I enjoy seeing your house models and all the details they have. They are so realistic, it makes me want to walk inside and see the layout of the rooms!

but I am curious about why you call them "traditional European style" houses. To me they look just like American houses. This is not a criticism and I am not suggesting you should change the name. Just wondering.

It even occurred to me that perhaps you were trying to fool us with your product name; maybe you have seen houses in the US, even here in Arizona, that were the inspiration for your models!

:)

Thanks Lisa :)
it's the type of houses that are common in Europe as well (no surprise there, considering the fact that both Americas were colonized by Europeans) but it is more of a product naming thing - I did not want to call the new collection just "12 Houses Nr7" while the models look like traditional houses over here in Europe.

mukan, your interior scenes look great so I don't think that you will have any trouble with exterior visualisation. But unfortunately I can't give you any good advices on rendering as I am modeler first and renderer second :)

Actually, I only did one real visualisation during my 5-6 years working with 3D.
