Making photos larger in Photoshop

Yeah, I have a few photos from my camera that I would love to sell as stock photography. The only problem is that my camera has a limit of 352 by 288 (and that is the high resolution photos). I do have Photoshop CS3 installed on my computer (I got it as part of a suite, the Design Premium to be exact) and I was wondering if there was any way to resize them in Photoshop and still have them look just as crisp as the original photos. Any help would be appreciated. I'll take web site tutorials if you can find any. Oh by the way, I also have Gimp installed on my computer as well if you think that might be better for the job. And yes, I'm looking to make them bigger without sacrificing the quality of the photos. Any suggestions?
